Erayo is a marketplace enabling selected designers who were approved by Erayo style advisory board to operate as a Seller under Erayo Seller Terms of Use.
Registration as a Seller is free of charge.
Post sells fees:
Erayo charges a 25% fee of products value of any deal done through Erayo. In addition if a Seller did not inform Erayo that they wish to take care of shipping by himself and Erayo took care of the shipping, the Seller will be charged a fixed fee of $15 USD per shipment in order to cover Erayo's expenses related to any export deal.
Erayo transfers Buyer Price Payments after deducting Sellers post sell fees, for the Erayo services on a monthly basis.
On each month between the 15th and 27th day of the month, Erayo will automatically credit the Seller’s account for the amount due for sales after deducting all post sells fees due by the Seller. As described in Section 6.4 of the Erayo Seller Terms of Use, to insure that the amounts credited and charged are accurate, Erayo emails Sellers a listing of all approved-for payment transactions, and the corresponding charges by the 10th of each month. If there are any items on the pre-payment listing which a Seller considers to be inaccurate, the Seller is required to notify Erayo via the Erayo messaging system as soon as possible. This allows us to either resolve the issue or eliminate the charge prior to transferring the payment to the Seller’s account. If a Seller is unable to dispute a questionable charge in time for the monthly transfer, Erayo will make the appropriate adjustment in the next month's money transfer.
Sellers do not have to actively approve their bill. If we hear nothing from you, we will assume that the bill is correct.
In case a money transfer from Erayo’s account to a Seller's account is associated with transfer fees, those fees will be deducted from the transferred amount.
As detailed in Section 6.4 of the Erayo Seller Terms of Use, a delivered Order is considered approved for payment at the next payment date, if it was delivered and signed for by the Buyer during the calendar month prior to the next payment date and provided that the Order was not disputed by the Buyer prior to the payment date.
All fees, credits and payments are listed and transferred in U.S. dollars at all times. If an Erayo member does not have a U.S. dollar account, and currency conversions are required, Erayo will deduct any related expenses from the amount transferred.
As indicated in Section 5.3.7 of the Erayo Seller Terms of Use, as a Seller, you are obliged to issue an invoice fully covering the total cost of goods as it was received in your Erayo mailbox and shipment in case you informed Erayo in advance that you would like to take care of shipment and associated arrangements and costs to bring the Order to the Buyer’s door step.
The amount mentioned in your invoice is regardless of the actual net sum to be received by you for the Order. Erayo transfers you the amount representing your share of the Order after deducting fees associated with the Seller's fees as detailed above, and then issues an invoice from Erayo to you for its services.
The actual amount you will be receiving, plus the amount invoiced to you by Erayo, together will match the exact amount of your invoice.
In case Erayo took care of the shipment and delivery of the Order to the Buyer’s door step all relevant Buyer payments per shipment, custom clearance and import-related taxes if applicable, will be invoiced directly to the Buyer by Erayo.
