Payment Terms
100% down payment for orders under USD 1,000.
For orders above USD 1,000 we are open for discussion.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal
All major Credit Cards - You can use a credit card through PayPal and you don't need to open a PayPal account to pay with credit card.
We also accept Money orders, Wire Transfers and Western Union. If you choose to pay using one of those methods and your order is under $1000 you will be required to cover the bank fees for both sides.
If you wish to pay using another method, please contact us and we will make an effort to accomodate your request.
Cancellations
In case you cancelled your order before we started production we will give you a full refund of your money. If we already started working on your order we will charge you 10% cancellation and re-stocking fee but no more than $100. No cancellations are possible after the items have been shipped (see return policy)
Returns - mis match of expectations
We want you to be 100% satisfied when doing business with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply inform us in writing of your wish to return the item or items to us within 5 days of receipt. In such cases we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred.
Please note:
We will not accept returns unless you informed us in advance of your wish to return as detailed above. The item/s are your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Damage or Wrong Product
In the rare case that the item/s arrived damaged or a wrong item was delivered we will exchange the item, free of charge or will refund you the full money you paid including shipping if exchange is no option. In any case you must inform us within 3 days from goods arrival on such case and cooperate with us in case we will need your help including to fill a complaint.
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping method is EMS curiour service wich usually takes 2-6 business days in transit depends on the shipping destination. The service is partialy insured (up to $50) and provide tracking information to followup on the delivery during transit. Small sample orders will be shipped with a registered air mail service that takes up to 14 business days in transit. Please note that we may also offer an expdite shipping with courior compnies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. When contacting us to get an offer please let us know the shipping destination and your preferred shipping method so we may provide you with relevant proposal for shipping. If you'll order over $1500 we will bare the shipping cost ourselves (standard EMS serivce).
Shipping Limitations
We ship to almost any destination around the globe. Talk to us if you need us to ship to exotic places and always make sure to specify the shipping destination when contacting us
Delivery Time
We are usually ready to ship within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your order size and content. Please take into consideration that once dispatched your order will still spend some time in transit, depending on the shipping method you requested and the shipping destination. In rare cases things that are beyond our control may go wrong during transit, if that happens we will do any possible effort to help and fix the issue but we thank you for your understanding that there is a limit to what we can do in such cases. In any case you will never be left unattended and we will make sure you receive the products you have ordered.
Custom and Taxes
Please note that in any case customs duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item value. Therefore, overseas buyers may be subject to local taxes like VAT and to import duties as determined by their local government and we are not responsible in any way for these additional charges. In any case it is the buyer's responsibility to verify the local and import tax that may apply to their order if any.
Special Offers
We always provide FREE shipping on orders above $1500.
Packaging
Items are well packaged but sent with no individual box per item. Individual boxes with the brand logo may be provided per item for an additional cost of $0.99 per box. Please notify us of your request to purchase individual boxes when requesting a price proposal, so that we can add them to your total.
