Registration is free. There are no charges or obligations involved to maintain your membership for any given time.

Registration is easy. The entire process should take no more than a few minutes of your time, from start to finish.

Erayo can suspend and\or revoke your right to use the site at anytime without giving any prior notice or explanation. This kind of action is taken rarely, and mainly as a preventive measure. If Erayo believes users are abusing their privileges or engaged in any kind of activity that we condemn, our staff may resort to these types of actions.

Buyers are typically independent retailers, boutique owners and online merchants who are looking to buy unique, quality items and source international designs

Passwords must have a minimum of 6 alphanumeric (abc123) characters in any order, and are cAse seNsetiVe. Once you are registered you may change your password at anytime.

After you register as a buyer, click "Go to Seller Store" at the product page. At the seller store, add items to your Wholesale cart and click "Go to Cart" to send the seller a price request message. It is recommended to add few details about your business to assist the Seller to set a price proposal most suitable for you.
Once you receive a Price Proposal from the seller, you can click "checkout" to place an order or to reply to the Seller with further comments. Your transaction is done directly with the Seller, Erayo is not involved in the transaction.

There is no one wholesale minimum requirement. Each Seller may decide if to set a minimum wholesale order or not. Such wholesale minimum will appear in the store policy.

Each Seller sets her store Return or Exhange Policy which Appears in the Seller's Store Policy section

In Each Product Page there is a link to the Seller Store Policy at the top of the page, nextto Seller name. Also, in the Seller store, at the top bar there is a tab "Store Policy"

Please refer to the Seller Store Policy to check what is the Seller's policy regarding these issues

If the product is available in different sizes and/or colors (see product description), please write your selection of sizes and/or colors in the textbox.
You can also write other product requirements that you may have and the Seller will respond if such requirements are possible.

3. Add the items you are interested in to your wholesale cart and contact the seller to get a price proposal. Requesting a price proposal does NOT create any commitment to buy.
4. Once you receive a proposal you can checkout or reply with your comments to the proposal.
5. You receive your order directly from the Seller

On Erayo Sellers sell directly to buyers. Erayo is NOT part of the transaction. The Sellers are solely responsible for the products and services they provide.

1. Register to Erayo as a buyer
2. Once you find a product or seller you are interested in, click "Go to Seller Store" in the product page
3. Add products to your wholesale cart, go to your cart and send a price request message to the seller
4. The seller will reply with a price proposal. You will receive the price proposal to your Inbox in Erayo. You can find your Erayo Inbox under the “My Erayo” link.

As a guest, you can purchase without creating a User Name or choosing a Password. The product/s you purchase must be shipped to your billing address. When you request a guest account, we will collect information to complete your purchase which includes sharing shipping information with the seller. If you decide to upgrade to a full Erayo member you would be able to track your orders and manage your account and buying activities.

Usually the buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties. Please refer to each Seller Store Policy for further information.

When sending a price inquiry it is recommended to include details about your business and the product lines you sell.
When preparing a price proposal a Seller takes into consideration your order size and the potential for future business.

In the price proposal the Seller will send you, the shipping cost is also provided. To calculate the shipping cost the Seller must have a shipping destination.

Sending a price inquiry does NOT commit you to anything. The Seller will usually respond with a proposal and you decide if to ignore it, further discuss it with the Seller or to place an order based on the proposal.

Sellers prefer to prepare a specific wholesale proposal per a buyer request.

1. Searching for products:
a. Use the left navigation bar to search by product categories, product types, product materials, styles, colors and other available options
b. Write a keyword, a product name or product catalog number in Erayo search bar

2. Searching for sellers - every seller on Erayo has a wholesale store showcasing the seller’s catalog, look book, press coverage, contact details, store policy etc. You can find a seller in different ways:
a. Using the left bar navigation under the “Sellers” section
b. In a product page click the seller name or other links to the seller store
c. Writing the seller name in the Erayo search bar
d. Click the “A-Z Sellers index” in the footer of every Erayo page
