How Shipping Works
Shipping is easy with Erayo.

1. Package your order in a suitable box
  • Correctly packaging your goods is one of the keys to a successful business relationship. If a customer receives one of your pieces broken due to poor packaging, immediately the relationship is off to a rocky start. When packing your goods, make sure to wrap them carefully, in a manner so they won’t break during transit. Make sure that you are using the smallest possible box for the order – as to ensure a snugger fit with less likelihood to break.
  • To avoid being charged per volumetric weight instead of actual package weight (which has a large price difference) always try to use the shipper’s box (FedEx or UPS) rather than your own. If for some reason, you are not able to use the shipper’s box, let us know in advance in writing, so we may calculate shipping costs. If you fail to do so, you may be charged for the extra costs involved.
  • In addition, if you happen to have a small gift to throw into the order, it would also be a great good-will gesture to the buyer that will probably increase future purchases. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we may include it with value $0 on your invoice mentioning it is a gift.

2. Contact us when your order is ready
  • We will send you detailed instructions prior to your first shipping with Erayo. We will also prepare your commercial invoice and other relevant paperwork – all you have to do is verify that all the information is correct. If you have questions about import laws – please contact us.
  • Please note that the Air Way Bill (AWB) must be filled in and signed by you at the time of pickup. Please make sure that the details of both the buyer and yourself are similar to those on the invoice and that you clearly mark in the relevant places of the AWB that shipping costs are paid by a third party (Erayo) and Taxes and Duties are paid by the receiving party (The Buyer)
  • We will contact either FedEx or UPS and have them come pick up the order directly from your studio.

3. Order is Shipped and Insured!
  • At the point that the order is out your hands, consider it shipped.
  • If you followed the previous steps, your shipment is fully insured. To see the details of the Insurance Policy please click here
