If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund on receipt (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item for a different size / color, if preferred.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, refund will be done within 7 working days of the day after we receive the goods to Erayo orders and billing.
