Registration
Does registration cost money?
Registration is free. There are no charges or obligations involved to maintain your membership for any given time.
Can my registration be revoked or suspended?
Erayo can suspend and\or revoke your right to use the site at anytime without giving any prior notice or explanation. This kind of action is taken rarely, and mainly as a preventive measure. If Erayo believes users are abusing their privileges or engaged in any kind of activity that we condemn, our staff may resort to these types of actions.
How long does it take to register?
Registration is easy. The entire process should take no more than a few minutes of your time, from start to finish.
Submitting a Designer Application
Designers must apply to and be accepted by the Erayo Style Advisory Board. Please click here to contact the Talent Locator to receive instruction on how to submit your application. If we feel that your designs would be suitable for Erayo buyers, our Talent Locators will contact you within approximately 5 working days. Due to the large amount of applications we receive, we will contact only relevant applicants.

Who are Erayo Buyers?
Buyers are typically independent retailers, boutique owners and online merchants who are looking to buy unique, quality items and source directly from international designers.
Who Are Erayo Designers?
Designers on Erayo are those who were selected by the Erayo Talent Locator Team. Usually designers are small- to medium-sized established and emerging designers, who wish to export their products internationally.
What are password requirements?
Passwords must have a minimum of 6 alphanumeric (abc123) characters in any order, and are cAse seNsetiVe. Once you are registered you may change your password at anytime.


Buying
Placing Orders
How do I Place an Order
Simply go to the designer’s Web site and click “Catalog””.Add the items you wish to purchase to your order by checking the box at the bottom of each product image. Once you’ve checked all the products you wish to order, press the “Proceed to Your Order” button on the top bar of the catalog.

At this point, you are at your Shopping Cart. Here you can update quantities and sizes for each product. When ready to proceed, make sure to read the instructions on the light blue bar, located under the designers name. If your order list meets designer’s minimum requirements, you can either press the “Express Checkout” button and complete your order or alternatively choose the “Contact Me Now” button. If you chose the ”Contact Me Now” button, you will have the opportunity to send a message attached to your desired order to the designer, so that you may negotiate, ask specific questions or add any other relevant information.

If your desired order list is below the required minimum, you will see an indication at the light blue top bar. You will be asked either to add items or press the “Get Approval” button so that you may send an approval request to the designer.
What is an introductory discount?
This is a discount that may be given by designers to first time buyers as an incentive. It allows buyers to get to know the designer and their merchandise, and promote an easy start to doing business together.

The discount rate will be applied to the total product value of your first order from this designer.
Are all introductory offers the same?
No, each designer decides whether to provide such a discount or not and what discount to offer.
Can I order from more than one designer?
Yes, but as each designers sell directly and independently, you will have to place an independent order per designer.
What are the minimum requirements for a qualified order?
Each designer may set his own minimum requirements.

The system allows you to send each designer a request for special approval of any size of order. If what you are about to order meet the minimum requirements of the designer, the system will offer you Express Checkout. This allows you to complete the order without special approval. With all orders, you may decide to discuss your order with the designer by using the “Contact Me Now” button located at the top of your shopping cart.
Can I order C.O.D (Cash On Delivery)?
No, your payment is transferred to Erayo at the time the order is placed. But please note, the designer does not receive payment before an order is delivered.
Can I buy from any designer on Erayo?
Buyers can order from any designer on Erayo, unless that designer has specifically restricted sales of their products in the area where the buyer lives.
I tried to place a small order but was unable to check out. Why is that?
Designers may place a minimum order requirement. If you wish to order something below the minimum, go to your cart and press the ”Contact Me Now” button to check about getting special approval. Most designers will approve a smaller order in the interest of future business or if you want to see samples of the product.
Can I order through Erayo if I don't live in the United States
Yes. All designers include in their “Shipping Info” section (link on the left bar in each designer’s home page) information regarding what countries they ship to and associated costs.
Returns & Cancellations of Orders
In case of damages or mis-match between ordered product and actual item received, all designers have committed to standard good business practice that enable the buyer to send back the product/s for repair or replacement. In order to do so, a buyer must inform the designer of the problem (in writing) within 5 business days from receiving the order and wait for reverse shipment instruction – which is always paid by the designer.
Returns due to other reasons than damage or mis-match as well as order Cancellation policies are determined by each specific designer. Please contact the designer about their specific policy.


General Issues
Signing In
What if I forgot my password?
Just, go to one of the "Forgot My Password" links found in the Sign In page, and click on it. Follow the instructions on screen, and an email message containing your password will be sent to your email address.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, you must be signed in. Your password can be changed from within the "My Settings" area in the "My Erayo" page. Changing passwords is recommended whenever you feel that your old password has been compromised. If you are reading this because you cannot remember your password you should read the previous entry "What if I forgot my password?"

What is "My Erayo?"
"My Erayo" is the Erayo member's business hub. This page concentrates all of the important information you need to do business. For example, on the "My Erayo" page you can: receive orders, track deliveries and payments, message your designer partners, and rate them as well. The "My Erayo" page will definitely be the page you visit most while doing business on Erayo.


Terms of Use
What are the Terms Of Use?
The Terms of Use agreement outlines the rules of working on and with Erayo. By using the Erayo platform you agree to all the terms and conditions set down in the Terms Of Use agreement. We urge you to take the time to read this agreement before signing up with us. We also ask you to review this agreement once in a while because Erayo reserves the right to change this agreement according to its rights and procedures as defined in the Terms of Use contract..


Rating
Who can rate?
In general Erayo users and buyers have rating rights. This means that Erayo Users and buyers are expected and encouraged to rate the other Erayo users according to their rating rights. For every completed order on Erayo, Buyers have the right to rate the seller..
What can be rated?
Buyers can rate the quality of the service they receive from a designer, as well as the quality of the designer's products.


Shipping
How does shipping work?
Erayo Designers may use either Erayo shipping services based on Erayo alliance with UPS or FedEx or handle shipping independently.

Shipping with Erayo is carrier grade, door to door, fully insured service and may be tracked once it leaves the studio of the designer.

Designers shipping solution is based on designer’s shipper of choice.. In this case, each designer will set his own costs and method of shipping. The only requirements are shipping must not take more than 7 working days of transit time and in all cases should include delivery confirmation so designer may present proof of delivery if required to do so. For more shipping questions, please ask the designer.
How long does shipping take?
When shipping orders to most locations with Erayo, packages normally arrive no later than 2-4 working days from the time they are collected at the designer's premises. If based on designer’s solution, transit should not take more than 7 working days
