It's been merely a week and we already have a new version ready for you - version 1.5.4.

 
So what's new:

Add to cart – Products can now be added to the shopping cart directly from the catalogue page. This is a major improvement when buying a large number of different items - no need to enter the product pages separately, simply add all the products you want and go to the shopping cart to modify the quantities and sizes. 

New message\order notification – Never waste another minute! From now on not only will you receive an email from us when you have new messages or orders pending, but you will also be notified of new orders or messages on site, right as they arrive. The notification pop-up will appear when you log in or once new messages or orders come in.

Besides that, we've added some information about shipping, tax and some other useful stuff in the catalogue and product pages.

Version 1.5.3 is officially released. 

We've got some new exciting features ready for you, that will enrich the commerce experience. 

 
Main Features and Changes:

Profiles – Both sellers and buyers now have a profile page where they can introduce themselves and their business.  Options include adding a banner, pictures and a short bio. Sellers can also define tags that can help potential buyers reach their store.

Editing\viewing your profile is very easy. Simply log in and click "myerayo". You’ll find the edit and view profile buttons under the"My Account" tab.

Introductory Order – Generally, orders on Erayo.com have a minimum of $500 and 5 items. However, in some cases, a buyer may wish to sample a certain product or try a new seller, not wanting to make a substantial order. Therefore, we’ve added the option to contact the seller, asking his approval for sub-minimum orders.

When a buyer has an order that does not exceed the 5 product\$500   
in his shopping cart, a "Contact Now" button will appear, instead of the normal Checkout button. 
Clicking it will open a new message that includes the order summary and a message box, where the buyer can explain his request. The seller then receives the request and can either approve or decline it, with the option to add a message in both cases. If the seller declines, the buyer can edit his order or continue the correspondence. If the seller approves, the buyer can proceed with the checkout and finalize the order.

Fab It – The fab it rating system is now open for unregistered users. You are all welcome to vote for your favorite products and designs.

New Blog!- We’ve launched  the Trends Blog, which is accessible through the Community dropdown menu on the Erayo homepage.

we've actually released versions 1.4.9 and 1.5.0 between our last post and now, however the release included only very minor changes surrounding the Israeli Web Tour. This latest version boasts some new features  and minor bug fixes.

Features for the general public  

Fab It - Fab It is a new product rating feature that allows users of all kinds to add positive votes to any specific product. The way it works is very simple, any registered user can vote to Fab any product they really like on Erayo, but they can do this only once. At a later date we plan to boost sales for designers by presenting the highest rated Fab It porducts. To Fab a product go to the product page and press the "Fab It" button under the product rating icon.

Contact Us - The Erayo contact us page has been redisigned and is now a dynamic page that allows visitors to send internal messages to any Erayo department they wish to communicate with. The new page allows users to select whether they want one of our service representatives to contact personally by phone, or by email. They can even specify when it is good for our reps to call back.

Send To a Friend - We've added a new link to all product and collection pages that allows users to share their findings with other anyone they think would be interested. The link uses an online message application that does not involve opening up your email program at all. When you are done giving your friends the heads up, it just goes away.

Features for Sellers

New Seller Registration - The folks at Erayo have decided that to keep tight control over the quality of designer products being displayed onsite. As a result we have decided to change the sign-up procedure for designers & manufacturers, (sellers). Now potential sellers must fill in a simple online application form that will allow us to determine whether they meet the standards set by our Style Advisory Board. The board which is staffed by industry professionals decides whether new applications are approved or not. Applications are approved within 1-5 days at which point the new seller can beign to create their online catalogue and start selling on the Erayo platform.
