Silver Trend

May 11, 2010 06:06 by shelly

From daily fashion jewelry to big impressive evening pieces, silver white shades are a big trend, seen on the red carpet or casual style.

They can look very fresh, classy and fine, tribal / ethnic or urban chic, depends on the shades, the mix and the material.

Mixing different shades of metal and silver will create a vintage twist and urban industrial feel, including men jewelry, which is a fashion growing trend.

Combining silver and metal materials with beads and colorful natural stones defines a  tribal and ethnic - beach trend, which is also very popular this summer.

and lets not forget the blackened silver / oxidized silver, rock jewelry, multi chains, body chains - the “drapey chic”.

Bold big pieces, dramatic, chunky statement necklaces and chandelier earrings are becoming even more popular and bolder.

The Diamond Fever

March 4, 2010 04:53 by shelly

While the Oscar 2010 is making its way to Hollywood, diamonds will be shining and glittering all over the red carpet and big expensive flashing jewelries will be everywhere.

There are some gifted designers that have invented the diamond once again while making their own suggestion to the ultimate and most famous stone in the world, using pure good design and modern creative way of looking at it. The diamond rush can be just as stylish and original and make you look spectacular without spending your whole budget and without submitting to it in its old fashion variation.

Instead of spending your whole budget on something you will probably not wear very often, enrich your jewelry collection with something truly unique and origin.

January 26, 2010 04:30 by shelly
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt entered the jewelry business and created the protector collection, a jewelry collection that pays homage to the snake, which Jolie views as a symbol of fertility and protection.

Apparently, Jolie was wearing a snake ring during her first pregnancy and has since felt a bond with its symbolism.

So after the red strings, Kabala letters, fish, evil eye and other protection symbols and charms, silver and gold snakes crawl their way to be the hottest trend, here are some jewelries inspired by snakes designed by Erayo's designers:

Wholesale Lucky Charms Jewelry for 2010

December 28, 2009 04:58 by shelly

Lucky charms weren’t always a popular fashion trend. Since ancient times, people used to wear charms to guard themselves from evil spirits, and from the day we started to accessorize, we used symbols of good luck to protect ourselves.

Nowadays, with the progress of technology, individuals are looking for a personal piece of the past: horseshoe, cross, heart, hamsa, turquoise stone, red string, evil eye and many other motifs, while each different charm has a meaning: hope, love, health, wealth, success.

Although lucky charms are becoming popular and a common trend, they are very personal since they reflect on the person wearing it and bares his wishes and fears.

How to Optimize Image Display – Size and Format.

November 16, 2009 08:13 by Erayo Creative

In order to optimize the way your products are showcased on Erayo and to avoid “image cut off’s”,

we have prepared for you a template (like a cookie cutter)  that you can download and use to place

your product image into it, in order for it to fit standard image proportion common to most sites on the web.

We recommend you to follow the steps on this post in order to get the best results.

Step by Step Guide:

A) Downloadthe zip file by clicking the link below and save it to your desktop
 File_Size_Templates.zip (4.16 kb)

This zip file contains standard JPG files that may be opened with any graphic/photo editor
software you might have.( Photoshop, Paint shop pro, Pain, Paint.NET and alike.)

B)When done downloading, follow these simple steps:

1. Extract the zip file using any standard .zip or .rar software.
2. Locate and open one of the templates you've just downloaded with a graphic/photo editor software.
(We recommend using the most common 1024X768 size format)
3. Open your product image with the Graphic software you use.
4. Select and Copy your product image (from the graphic software menu bar select: Edit – Copy OR
    use keyboard Ctrl+C )
5. Paste it into the template (from the graphic software menu bar select: Edit – Paste OR use keyboard Ctrl+V )
6. Adjust the size to fit the template using the software's transform of adjust command.
7. Save the result.
8. Image is now ready to be uploaded to your Erayo store.

Editing and cropping images with photo editors

November 15, 2009 09:20 by Erayo Creative

Many of us like to "play" a little bit with the pictures and edit them with photo editors like Photoshop, Paint shop pro, Paint.NET and alike.

We have found out that presenting images with a straight forward, clear view of the product and with LESS manipulations like frames

and text layers is more appealing to buyers as they are interested to see a clear view of the product itself with no Interference.

So our best advice to you is:

1.       Keep the product as the main object of your image

2.       Do not add frames

3.       Do not add text on top of the product

4.       Keep the image clear and sharp
